The Cavatelli Project

We’re popping up, y’all! We’ve got something special starting Apri10th and 11th at Holy Mountain Brewing, Phinney Ridge. We’re bringing our unique take on handmade pasta paired with flavors inspired by the Lowcountry of South Carolina. We’ll be serving up seasonal, Southern inspired ragus born from Cooper’s roots on the saltwater marshes of South Carolina and Ryan’s passion for Italian cuisine (and his knack for turning just about anything into a ragu). They’re crafted with love and paired with our favorite pasta—cavatelli! Why cavatelli? It’s one of the oldest forms of pasta, made simply with flour, water, and a whole lotta love. We’re obsessed with the way those grooves and curves hold flavors, especially the Lowcountry ragus. We can’t wait to share this project with you. Come say hi, grab a beer, and let us feed your soul!

We’ll be hosting these pop ups every other week. The dates in May are May 8th, 9th, 19th, and 20th.

Paese Basso

Conjure is excited to host the first of our dinner series featuring a unique style of food that highlights Cooper’s home of Bluffton, SC and Ryan’s Italian culinary background, called “Paese Basso.” Translated from Italian, Paese Basso means Lowcountry, a region in coastal South Carolina influenced by many different cultures. They hope to not only feed you delicious food, but also share their version of a rich culinary history spanning centuries.

This event will also include a special pairing with Holy Mountain Brewing including seasonal ales specially selected to compliment the menu.
