We’re popping up, y’all! We’ve got something special starting April 10th and 11th** at Holy Mountain Brewing, Phinney Ridge. We’re bringing our unique take on handmade pasta paired with flavors inspired by the Lowcountry of South Carolina. We’ll be serving up seasonal, Southern inspired ragus born from Cooper’s roots on the saltwater marshes of South Carolina and Ryan’s passion for Italian cuisine (and his knack for turning just about anything into a ragu). They’re crafted with love and paired with our favorite pasta—cavatelli! Why cavatelli? It’s one of the oldest forms of pasta, made simply with flour, water, and a whole lotta love. We’re obsessed with the way those grooves and curves hold flavors, especially the Lowcountry ragus. We can’t wait to share this project with you. Come say hi, grab a beer, and let us feed your soul!
