The Cavatelli Project returns to Holy Mountain, Phinney Ridge

We’re back at Holy Mountain, Phinney Ridge! We will start at 5pm on Thursday’s and Friday’s with a consistent schedule. We are excited to add more days and be there (almost) every week!

We’re proud to offer something special at Holy Mountain Brewing, Phinney Ridge. We’re bringing our unique take on handmade pasta paired with flavors inspired by the Lowcountry of South Carolina. We’ll be serving up seasonal, Southern inspired ragus born from Cooper’s roots on the saltwater marshes of South Carolina and Ryan’s passion for Italian cuisine (and his knack for turning just about anything into a ragu). They’re crafted with love and paired with our favorite pasta—cavatelli! Why cavatelli? It’s one of the oldest forms of pasta, made simply with flour, water, and a whole lotta love. We’re obsessed with the way those grooves and curves hold flavors, especially the Lowcountry ragus. We can’t wait to share this project with you. Come say hi, grab a beer, and let us feed your soul!

July: Holy Mountain Phinney Ridge 2 year Anniversary

We will be skipping the week of fourth of July to pop up for three days, including the Holy Mountain, Phinney Ridge two year anniversary. We will be slinging cavatelli July 10th and 11th at 5pm, our usual Thursday/Friday times, and 11am on the 12th for the anniversary celebration and bottle release. Expect a special pasta for the anniversary on the 12th!
